Abstract Guidelines

Abstract Submission
  • The Organizing Committee of KSP 2025 cordially invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts should be submitted online only via an official website (https://kspcongress.org).
  • Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of KSP 2025 after the submission deadline. You may be required to change your presentation type.
  • Abstract submission does not constitute automatic registration for KSP 2025. Please register the congress separately during the registration period.

Steps for Abstract Submission

  • STEP 1 Read all instructions carefully step by step and check out your information below.
  • STEP 2 Fill out the information of your abstract. (Preference, Category, Title, etc.)
  • STEP 3 Select the number of authors of the abstract and fill out all authors’ information.
  • STEP 4 Agree on terms of service.
  • STEP 5 Review your abstract info and submit.

Abstract Submission Instruction

  • All Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted online If the country at the time of membership registration is Korea, please submit it Before June 27, 2025(in KST) and as the abstract deadline is the same for other countries, the submission deadline is June 27, 2025(in KST)
  • Each part of the Abstract should be no more than 350 words.
  • The attached image should be uploaded as jpg or png type and its size should be no more than 500Kb
  • Authors have full responsibility to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors. - Abstracts should be objective and concise, including key information in its four sections: Objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type: Oral or Poster Presentation. However, the Scientific Committee will ask you to change the type after reviewing your abstract.
  • Authors have the option of choosing their presentation type (oral or poster presentation). However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision after review.
  • Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
  • Presenting authors should be registered for the congress through the website Before August 31, 2025(in KST) .
  • Notification of submission will be updated on the website and sent to you via e-mail. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after you submit an abstract.
  • If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation, it means we have no record of your submission. Please double-check the e-mail address that you used to submit your abstract.
  • The Organizing Committee of KSP 2025 has the right to publish your submitted abstract for the Abstract book and Program book of KSP 2025.
